These General Conditions apply to all orders placed with Dutch-foods.com
Dutch-foods.com has a Web site RDF
Please read these Terms and Conditions before you order!

Article 1. Acceptance of Terms
These General Conditions apply to every offer and agreement between Dutch and half-foods.com party (the customer).
These Conditions are also applicable to contracts with Dutch-foods.com where they invoke the help of others for the performance of the contract.
Any deviations from the present General Conditions will be valid
to the extent expressly agreed in writing in advance.
Customers of Dutch-foods.com is seen as an importer and is therefore responsible for specific duties and obligations with respect to shipping and customs clearance.
Article 2. Order Confirmation
All offers are subject to and shall be in writing.
All Final prices include B.T.W.
Once payment is confirmed, the order by Dutch-foods.com accepted and implemented.
Dutch-foods.com can not be held if the customer offers, to terms of reasonableness and fairness in society and popular opinion was that the offer or any part of an obvious mistake or error.
If (on secondary items) acceptance differs from it in the

Article 3. Prices

All prices and shipping prices are in Euros. Within the EU, no customs duties or taxes levied on the goods ordered.
Article 4. Episode
Dutch-foods.com will do everything possible, once the order was accepted and a confirmation from PayPal has received the goods to be delivered to the address clearly indicated by the customer.
The goods will by the TNT-mail or parcel service possible. For orders outside the E.U. the customer is responsible for import duties in his or her country. Please contact your local customs or tax office for more information.
All costs relating to the delivery shall be borne by the customer.
The shipping costs within by the Dutch State by 6% or 19% charge, depending on the product ordered.
If the customer refuses to accept the goods or fails to give directions or information regarding delivery, will be any additional costs for a new delivery or storage of these goods on behalf of the customer.
Dutch-foods.com will in no way be held responsible for the decay or going over a shelf life of products because the customer was unable to retrieve them in time.
Any delivery date where necessary, by Dutch-foods.com mentioned can only be subject to change. Depending on the country, the delivery time ranges from four to thirty days.
If a package does not arrive within the prescribed period, plus two to three weeks delay, notify us informed. We will then consult with the carrier
Article 5. Warranty
Dutch-foods.com guarantees that the products ordered will meet the usual quality and expectations and that they will do everything to ensure that such products be treated as carefully as possible to fit the description as made on the site and time the order was placed.

Article 6. Reception

Even if the customer pursuant to the above mentioned article has timely filed a complaint, he / she remains committed to accept and pay for the goods purchased. If the customer wants to return the said goods, he / they can contact with Dutch-foods.com. These can only be for its own account and returned if this Dutch-foods.com has agreed in writing.
If discrepancies we have to credit the product. We will never proceed to redirect product.
Article 7. Risk transfer
Dutch-foods.com will keep in the provision of Incoterms and supplies according to CPT standards (Carrig Paid To). These are globally recognized standard for international transactions, delivery of material goods. This means that Dutch-foods.com pays the freight TNT post for the transport of goods to the destination. The freight costs are paid by you at checkout and the actual transportation costs. Article 8. Payment

Article 9. The right to terminate the agreement.

Article 10. Copyrights

Article 11. Liability

Article 12. Act of God

Article 14. Disputes

Article 15. Applicable law
